Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
